Etrus Tan, a litigation lawyer, has independently led numerous trials and hearings across various judicial levels, showcasing expertise from lower courts to the Federal Court. His primary focus lies in adeptly navigating commercial disputes, employment conflicts, and family matters. 

In addition to his extensive trial experience, Etrus Tan possesses a notable proficiency in obtaining injunctions, including the mareva and proprietary injunctions, even in cases involving cryptocurrency. 

With his burning desire and passion to glorify God and contribute to society through his profession, he has consistently performed excellently in more than 500 cases that he handled together with his team.

He has also won many compliments from his clients and they have commended him for “demonstrates commitment, a competitive nature, passion and can count on his determination and analytical approach when a strategic discussion is called for” and “always provided the best solution as well as the most holistic and pragmatic approach to solve problems”.

Beyond his legal acumen, Etrus demonstrates leadership qualities, not merely as a supervisor but as an exemplar for others to follow. He generously imparts his knowledge and advocacy skills to young lawyers, pupils, and interns, often conducting training sessions. Etrus Tan's achievements were recognized when he was listed as Asia Legal Business Malaysia Rising Stars 2021. In early 2022, Etrus Tan was honoured as a finalist for both the Asian Legal Business Managing Partner of the Year and Young Lawyer of the Year 2022 awards. Further acclaim followed as he was selected as one of the top 100 awardees of the Lex-Falcon Awards 2022. Notably, Etrus was presented with the Outstanding Male Leader of the Year 2022 award by Passion Vista Magazine.
