Yeo Lay Hoon
L H Yeo is the founder and managing partner of Messrs L H YEO & CO. She is an experienced legal practitioner as well as licensed company secretary. She is instrumental in developing the Firm’s wide range of practice areas such as real estate, banking and finance, trust, corporate and commercial, intellectual property, dispute resolution, employment, insolvency, estate matters, divorce and family law.
Under her management, the firm has successfully developed firmly into the team of more than 80 members including lawyers and support staffs and completed more than 13,000 cases with accumulate economic value of more than RM 12 billions.
She is regularly consulted by reputable major banks for advice pertaining to latest law developments in banking and finance as well as regularly invited by real estate negotiators and building management to speak on real estate and strata management laws and regulations.
She has consulted and successfully obtained end financing for new developer from major banks which cause a successful launch of new development. She also completed sale and purchase as well as loan documentations for few urban and township developments.
In her vast experiences with company and finance, she has successfully obtained financing, restructuring, refinancing arrangements for her corporate clients which is beneficial for their business growth and expansion. She has also advised her corporate clients in various simple to complex issues relating in debt recovery, employment dispute and regulatory compliance with relevant authorities.
